Junoon’s menu is structured around traditional flavors , with appetizers and tasting menus breaking away into modern Indian cooking. Rather than choosing to commonly separate our cuisine by regional offerings, we focused on four unique cooking techniques found at the heart of Indian cuisine. By following this unique lens to an ancient cuisine, we allow ourselves to distance ourselves from the cookie-cutter approach of our competition.

Junoon’s is now the only Indian restaurant in New York City with a Michelin Star. In the highly competitive NY restaurant space we are honored to be the recipient of 1 Michelin Star for 7 consecutive years. Our blend of classic flavors and enhancing traditional techniques is a pillar of Junoon that separates its modern concept from the pack.
The Food & Beverage program is constructed to be approachable for the novice and alluring to the enthusiast, focused on the best of different regions in India rather than the normal practice of focusing on just one style of cooking. We complement Indian cuisine, while presenting a program of considerable breadth, which reflects global trends.
